小儿支气管炎患儿实施细节护理干预的临床效果
Clinical Effect of Detail Nursing Intervention for Pediatric Bronchitis

Abstract
Objective To observe the application effect of detail nursing intervention for children with bronchitis. Methods 150 cases of children with bronchitis were randomly divided into two groups, with 75 cases in each group. All cases received same therapy;in addition, the control group received routine care, while the research group received detail nursing intervention. The curative effect, time for temperature returned to normal, length of hospital stay and satisfaction degree to nursing were observed and compared between two groups. Results The cure rate and total effective rate of research group were 50.67%and 94.67%respectively, significantly higher than 33.33%and 80.00%of control group, respectively (both P <0.05). The total satisfaction rate to nursing of research group was 100.00%, significantly higher than 78.67%of control group (P<0.05). The time for temperature returned to normal and length of hospital stay of research group were significantly shorter than those of control group (P<0.05). The average score of health knowledge questionnaire of research group was significantly higher than that of control group (P<0.05). Conclusions Detail nursing intervention for children with bronchitis can improve the clinical symptoms quickly, improve curative effect, promote the recovery of children, and improve relatives' satisfaction degree to nursing.关键词
