粤北山区非酒精性脂肪肝的患病率及相关影响因素分析
Analysis on Prevalence and Related Factors of Nonalcoholic Fatty Liver in Mountain Areas of North Guangdong

Abstract
Objective To explore the prevalence and related factors of nonalcoholic fatty liver in mountain areas of north Guangdong. Methods The clinical data of 10 000 cases of physical examination in mountain areas of north Guangdong from January 2013 to June 2014 were randomly selected as research objects. The prevalence of nonalcoholic fatty liver was calculated, and the univariate and multivariate regression analysis were taken to analyze the related factors of nonalcoholic fatty liver. Results Among 10 000 cases, the detection rate of nonalcoholic fatty liver was 30.34%. Multivariate regression analysis showed that advanced age, male gender, obesity, high blood sugar, high uric acid, low HDL-C levels, and high TG hyperlipidemia were the main influence factors of nonalcoholic fatty liver. Conclusions The prevalence of nonalcoholic fatty liver in mountain areas of north Guangdong is high, with a lot of related factors. Periodic clinical examination, targeted prevention, and changing bad habits are the important ways to reduce the incidence of nonalcoholic fatty liver.关键词
