Abstract
Objective To investigate the correlation of severity of coronary artery disease and the risk factors of coronary artery disease. Methods From June 2013 to June 2014, 58 patients with coronary heart disease in our hospital were selected as research object, including 41 cases of coronary heart disease and 17 cases of coronary artery stenosis diagnosed by angiography. The clinical data of two groups were analyzed to explore the correlation between risk factors of coronary artery disease and severity of coronary artery disease. Results Gender, type 2 diabetes and smoking history were the main risk factors of coronary heart disease, and also closely related with the severity of disease. The left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF), creatinine clearance (Ccr) and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CBP) were related with the severity of coronary artery disease. Conclusions Coronary heart disease has a lot of risk factors, and the factors can affect the severity of coronary artery disease. So we should accurately grasp these factors, and provide targeted guidance for clinical treatment.关键词
