双层C型船用液化天然气燃料罐强度分析探讨

摘要
Abstract
Liquefied natural gas (LNG)medium is discussed three methods of load inertia force.Accord-ing to classification society rules,gives the calculation formula of the inertia force of medium under differ-ent working condition.Applying the ANSYS analysis software to deal with the strength analysis of marine double C type LNG fuel tank under the load static,racing to sail,loaded with navigation,the intensity of 9 kinds of working conditions.Analyze the calculation result shows that inner tank,outer tank,size and dis-tribution and stress of the sandwich support mainly decided by the internal pressure.Outside the tank, saddle,glass fiber reinforced plastic stress state is mainly decided by the inertial force.The inner pot is all sorts of the fuel tank under the condition of the most dangerous parts.The saddle design,should consider mainly carrying emergency braking condition.关键词
