Abstract
α,ω- bis(vinyl)polydimethylsiloxane (diVi- PDMS) was synthesized by cationic ring- opening po⁃lymerization of octamethyl cyclotetrasiloxane (D4) and 1,3- divinyl- 1,1,3,3- tetramethyldisiloxane (DVMS) with trifluoromethanesulfonic acid as catalyst, then polyacrylate was modified with diVi- PDMS and applied for pig⁃ment printing. The influences of the dosage of catalyst, reaction temperature and reaction time on the conver⁃sion rate of organosilicone monomers and vinyl terminated rate of diVi- PDMS were studied. The structure and the relative molecular weight of diVi- PDMS were characterized, the film properties and pigment printing per⁃formance of diVi- PDMS modified with polyacrylate were measured. The results showed that the optimal con⁃ditions of diVi- PDMS preparation were that the amount of catalyst was 0.15%, reaction temperature was 70 ℃ and reaction time was 6 h. Under these optimal conditions, the conversion rate could reach 91%. By changing the molar ratio of D4 and DVMS, diVi- PDMS of relative molecular weight between 2 000 and 20 000 could be synthesized. The water contact angle and water absorption of modified polyacrylate film was 98.50° and 7.39%. The elongation at break and breaking strength of modified polyacrylate film was 1 160% and 2.65 MPa, respectively. The color fastness to dry and wet rubbing of printed fabric could both reach grade 4, and the handle of printed fabric was soft.关键词
