摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the clinical nursing effects of intermittent gastric lavage in the treatment of severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning. Methods select 80 patients with severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning patients, were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 40 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional therapy and routine nursing care, observation group was treated on the basis of intermittent gastric lavage for treatment, and to assist the pertinent nursing intervention. Results the group of intermediate syndrome:hoarseness, dysphagia, chest tightness, respiratory muscle paralysis occurred in 5%was significantly lower than that in control group 40%;observation group, the incidence of atropine poisoning of pesticide poisoning repeatedly and death were lower than that of control group. Conclusion intermittent gastric lavage in the treatment of severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning effect is significant, worthy of clinical application.关键词
