摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the changes of interleukin (IL)-18, interferon (IFN)-γ in patients by specific immunotherapy on allergic rhinitis,and to observe role of IL-18 and IFN-γ in the pathogenesis of AR. Methods Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was used to detect the concentration of IL-18, IFN-γ in the plasma of the before treatment and after treatment 50 patients with allergic rhinitis (AR). Results IL-18、IFN-γ of the after treatment were significantly higher than the before treatment and the control group, showed significant differences. Conclusion IL-18, IFN-γ may be both involved in the inflammation process of development of AR.关键词
