经皮椎体成形术治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折的回顾性分析
Retrospective analysis of percutaneous vertebroplasty in the treatment of osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures
摘要
Abstract
Objective:ve To explore the clinical efficacy of percutaneous vertebroplasty in the treatment of osteoporotic vertebral com-pression fractures.Methods:Selected 105 patients with percutaneous vertebroplasty in our hospital,1 30 osteoporotic vertebral bodies were received PVP,Observing operation condition,height of vertebral body and score of VAS and ODI.Results:After unilateral puncture oper-ative on All vertebral,distribution of cement in these veretebrae were the same side(37.7%),central section(5 1 .5%)and opposite side (10.8%),there was no serious complication,the score of VAS and ODI were improved significantly.Conclusion:s Percutaneous vertebro-plasty can relieve waist pain and back pain,enhancing the life quality of the patient.关键词
