Abstract
Objective:Discussion diabetes surgery to choose different ways to achieve clinical effects of anesthesia.Methods::Select November 2014 - diabetics between October 201 5 in our hospital had received 1 60 cases,respectively,in the observation group and the control group said that in the control group patients to choose the way anesthesia during surgery,patients in the observation group select Hard outer membrane anesthesia,patients were clinical effect.Result:The degree of change of blood glucose changes were observed,pa-tients in the observation group than the control group;anesthetic recovery time were observed and insulin dosage,patients in the observa-tion group recovery time shorter than the control group,and the insulin dosage and the control group was significantly less compared to the differences between the two groups were significant.In Conclusion:Epidural anesthesia has little effect on blood sugar,and enables patient awake as soon as possible during the treatment can also reduce the amount of insulin in clinical practice is an ideal kind of anesthesia,it can be widely used.关键词
