Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical effects of minimally invasive surgery for the treatment of hand flexor tendon injury. Methods:The clinical data of 104 patients with hand flexor tendon injury who had received treatment in our hospital between December 2014 and December 201 5 were reviewed. The 46 patients given conventional surgery for treatment were taken as the control group,where-as the other 58 patients treated with minimally invasive surgery were set as the control group. The clinical effects and adverse reactions in the two groups were compared.Results::The excellent rate in the observation group was registered to be higher than that in the control group (P <0.05),and incidence of postoperative adhesion in the study group was shown to be lower than that in the control group (P <0. 05).Conclusion::Minimally invasive surgery is with significant curative effect in the treatment of hand flexor tendon injury, which pro-duces smaller incision and is with higher safety, thus worthwhile to be popularized in clinical treatment.关键词
