Abstract
Objective:Analysis of esophageal cancer patients with ambroxol Ulinastatin protective effect of combined treatment of their lung injury.Methods:Select the hospital in November 2014 - November 201 5 admitted to the clinical data of 120 patients with e-sophageal cancer were retrospectively analyzed,divided into two groups depending on the treatment regimen used during surgery,the line monotherapy treatment Ulinastatin 54 cases patients to the control group,the row ambroxol and ulinastatin combination therapy to 66 pa-tients in the observation group,the two groups at each time point for arterial blood gas and SP-D,IL-6,TNF-αlevels and intraopera-tive contrasting indicators.Results:Two t3,t2,t1 when the arterial blood gas levels than t0 high observation group t3,t2,t1 when P (O2)level (387.1 9 ± 3.60)mmHg,(146.36 ± 3.41)mmHg,(218.52 ± 3.81)mmHg,respectively,higher than the control group,and RI,PA-aDO2 and SP-D,IL-6,TNF-αlevels than the control group (P <0.05).Conclusion:Esophageal cancer patients with ambr-oxol Ulinastatin combination therapy effect is remarkable.关键词
