Abstract
Objective :To investigate the clinical efficacy of anatomic left hepatectomy and irregular partial left hepatectomy in the treatment of left hepatolithiasis .Methods :Clinical data of 51 patients with left hepatolithiasis , who were admitted to Taizhou People’s Hospital for anatomic left hepatectomy or irregular partial left hepatectomy during January 2009 and June 2014 ,were retrospectively analyzed .Among them ,there were 19 cases of anatomic left hepatectomy and 32 cases of irregular partial left hepatectomy .The postoperative calculi residual rate and the incidence rate of postoperative complications were compared between the two surgical methods .Results :The postoperative calculi residual rate in anatomic left hepatectomy group was significantly lower than that in irregular partial left hepatectomy group (P < 0 .05) .There was no significant difference between the two surgical methods regarding the incidence rate of postoperative complications ,including left diaphragmatic infection ,wound infection ,bile leakage and liver failure .However ,the total incidence rate of postoperative complications in anatomic left hepatectomy group was lower than that in irregular partial left hepatectomy group ( P < 0 .05 ) .Conclusions :Compared with irregular partial left hepatectomy ,anatomic left hepatectomy can significantly reduce the postoperative calculi residual rate and the incidence rate of postoperative complications in the treatment of left hepatolithiasis .关键词
