缺血性脑卒中患者应用阿托伐他汀联合阿司匹林的治疗效果分析
Analysis on the Treatment Effect of Atorvastatin Combined with Aspirin for Patients with Ischemic Stroke

Abstract
Objective:To observe and analyze the treatment effect of Atorvastatin combined with Aspirin for patients with ischemic stroke.Method:100 cases of ischemic stroke in our hospital from February 2012 to February 2015 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into the observation group and the control group by double chromosphere random grouping method,each group had 50 cases.The control group was treated with Aspirin,the observation group was treated with Atorvastatin and Aspirin.The lipid levels,the incidence of adverse events and recurrence,the satisfaction for the treatment were observed and compared between the two groups.Result:After treatment,the levels of TC,TG and LDL-C in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the level of HDL-C in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, the differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05).The differences in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05).The recurrence rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the satisfaction rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with ischemic stroke, the use of Atorvastatin combined with Aspirin can significantly improve blood lipid levels,patients’ quality of life, the satisfaction of patients and their families.It has fewer adverse reactions and lower recurrence rate,which is worthy of further promotion and application.关键词
