Abstract
Objective: To analyze the clinical effect of laparoscopic and direct-view minimally invasive cholecystectomy for cholecystitis diseases.Method: 130 patients with cholecystitis diseases who had received treatment in our hospital from January 2013 and January 2014 were selected as the research objects. According to the different surgical methods, the patients were divided into control group (n=65) and observation group (n=65).Patients in the control group underwent laparoscopic cholecystectomy, whereas those in the observation group underwent direct-view minimally invasive cholecystectomy. The clinical curative effects, including operative time, bleeding volume, time consumed for activities out of bed, time for anal exhaust, cost of hospitalization, and hospital stays in the two groups were compared.Result: There were no significant differences between the two groups in intraoperative bleeding volume, time consumed for activities out of bed, time for anal exhaust and hospital stays (P>0.05). The operation durations and hospitalization expenses in the observation group were respectively (56.28±6.13) min and (4568.21±101.53) yuan, lower than the control group’s (61.43±9.35) min and (5768.34±163.44) yuan, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Direct-view minimally invasive cholecystectomy is with better clinical effect than laparoscopic cholecystectomy in the treatment of cholecystitis diseases, with simpler and safer operation, thus it is worth clinical application.关键词
