摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study the effect of caregiver response on the self perceived burden of patients with gastric cancer.Method:80 cases of gastric cancer were selected who hospitalized in our hospital from January2013 to December 2014. Their spouse or immediate family members and other caregivers for a long time were chose for the main caregivers. The caregivers were investigated by caregivers response assessment scale, the patients’ self feel burden were investigated by the SPB scale. Influence of caregivers reaction self feel burden in patients with gastric cancer were analyzed.Result: The gastric cancer patients’ SPB average score was (33.82±4.56) points, 10 patients (12.50%) did not exist SPB, 18 cases (22.50%), mild to moderate were 35 cases (43.75%), severe were 17 cases (21.25%). Feel burden yourself four different groups of patients with gastric cancer caregivers reaction comparison, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Gastric cancer patients feel burden score and caregivers reaction of economic issues, health problems, lack of family support, time arrangement disturbed were positively correlated, and negatively correlated with self-esteem(P<0.05). Hierarchical regression analysis showed that household income, disease stage and caregivers reaction is the influence factors of gastric cancer patients feel burden yourself(P<0.05).Conclusion:Caregivers reaction affect self feel burden in patients with gastric cancer, nursing staff can undertake comprehensive nursing intervention for caregivers, to reduce the self feelings of patients with gastric cancer burden.关键词
