Abstract
Objective: To investigate the effect of patients with advanced gastrointestinal tumors treatment with Chinese medicine decoction.Method: 104 cases of advanced gastrointestinal tumors were selected from May 2014 to June 2015 in our hospital, according to the random number table they were divided into observation group and control group, each group had 52 cases, the patients of the control group used alone or chemotherapy treatment, the patients of the observation group were treated with chemotherapy and Chinese medicine decoction treatment. The clinical efficacy, immune function, quality of life improvement of two groups were compared. Result: (1) The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group, there was significant difference between two groups(P<0.05). (2) CD4+, CD4+ / CD8+ of the observation group after treatment were significantly higher than before treatment and the control group after treatment, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). (3) The proportion of therapy improved quality of life in the observation group was higher than the control group, the proportion of steady, decline were lower than the control group, there were significant differences between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The decoction treatment of advanced gastrointestinal cancer patients can improve clinical outcomes, the immune suppression caused by chemotherapy reduced, improving the quality of life of patients.关键词
