温阳益气方治疗冠心病慢性心力衰竭临床效果研究
Effect of Chronic Congestive Heart Failure Treated with Wenyangyiqi Tang

Abstract
Objective: To investigate the clinical effects of Wenyangyiqi treatment of chronic congestive heart failure.Method: 138 cases of chronic heart failure of coronary artery disease were selected from January 2014 to March 2015 in our hospital and considered as research subjects, they were randomly divided into the observation group(n=69) and the control group(n=69), patients of the control groups were treated with conventional western medicine, the observation group was given Wenyangyiqi on the basis of the control group, the clinical efficacy of TCM symptom score, LVEF, BNP levels of two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, TCM symptom score of the two groups were significantly lower than before treatment, post-treatment TCM symptom score of the observation group were significantly lower than the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). LVEF after treatment of two groups were higher than before treatment, BNP levels was significantly lower, after treatment LVEF of the observation group was higher than the control group, BNP levels was lower than the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion:Wenyangyiqi treatment is effective in patients with chronic congestive heart failure, may improve the clinical efficacy, remission of clinical symptoms and signs, improve heart and lung function, is a safe and effective treatment for chronic heart failure.关键词
