Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of Estradiol Valerate in ovulation induction through two kinds of methods on the endometrium and cervical mucus.Method:140 cases of anovulatory infertility patients in our hospital from June 2014 to June 2015 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,each group had 70 cases.Group A was given Clomiphene combined with Estradiol Valerate oral administration,group B was given Clomiphene combined with Estradiol Valerate through vagina.The thickness and type of the endometrium on the hCG injection day and 7 days after the injection of hCG,the quality and score of the cervical mucus were compared between the two groups.Result:The thicknesses of the endometrial on the hCG injection day and 7 days after the injection of hCG in Group A were lower than those in Group B,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The difference in the proportion of type A endometrial between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The proportion of patients with cervical mucus wiredrawing degrees more than 10 cm,the proportion of type Ⅰ crystallization and the score of cervical mucus on the hCG injection day in group A were higherthan those in group B,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Estradiol Valerate by vaginal drug delivery can partly improve the endometrial receptivity and cervical mucus quality,with lower dosage and higher effect than oral administration.It can become an effective therapeutic approach in antagonism the side effect of Clomiphene during the process of clinical ovulation induction.关键词
