腹腔镜子宫切除术应用不同麻醉方法的效果对照评估分析
Comparative Assessment of the Effect of Different Anesthetic Methods for Laparoscopic Hysterectomy

Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the effect of different anesthesia methods in laparoscopic hysterectomy. Method:47 patients with laparoscopic hysterectomy in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2015 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the research group.The control group was given general anesthesia,the research group was given general anesthesia combined with spinal epidural anesthesia.The postoperative situation of the two groups were observed and compared.Result:The spontaneous breathing recovery time,recovery time,postoperative agitation,need for additional analgesic drugs and the levels of C-reactive protein,interleukin in the research group were better than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:General anesthesia combined with spinal epidural anesthesia for laparoscopic hysterectomy is worthy of popularization and application.关键词
