不同剂量卵泡刺激素对35岁妇女IVF-ET结局的比较
Comparison of Different Doses of Follicle Stimulating Hormone for IVF-ET Outcome of 35 Years Old Women

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the clinical effects of different doses of follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) for IVF-ET outcome of 35 years old women.Method:A retrospective study was conducted in 70 female patients(35 years old) who were treated by IVF-ET.They were divided into the less than 150 IU group and more than 300 IU group according to the starting dose of FSH.The hormone levels in the process of super ovulation,the acquired oocyte number,fertilization rate,embryos number,capably-transferred embryos,clinical pregnancy rate and accumulated pregnancy rate were compared between the two groups.Result:The acquired oocyte number, embryos number and capably-transferred embryos of the less than 150 IU group were more than those of the more than 300 IU group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The differences in fertilization rate, fresh embryo transfer number,clinical pregnancy rate,implantation rate and accumulated pregnancy rate between the two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05).The basic level of E2 in the less than 150 IU group was lower than that in the more than 300 IU group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).On the start up day,the level of LH in the less than 150 IU group was higher than that in the more than 300 IU group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).On the hCG day,the level of FSH in the less than 150 IU group was lower than that in the more than 300 IU group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:Different doses of follicle stimulating hormone in the treatment of 35 years old females with IVF-ET treatment have no influence on oocyte quality and pregnancy outcome.关键词
