米可定泡腾片联合伊曲康唑胶囊治疗复发性念珠菌性阴道炎效果评价
The Effect Assessment of Nystain Effervescent Tablets Combined with Itraconazole Capsules to Therapy Recurrent Vaginal Yeast Infection

Abstract
Objective: To study the clinical effect of nystain effervescent tablets combined with itraconazole capsules to therapy recurrent vaginal yeast infection.Method: 300 patients with recurrent vaginal yeast infection were selected from January 2011 to December 2013 in our hospital, according to random number table method, all the patients were divided into observation group and control group, each group contained 150 cases. The control group was given nystain effervescent tablets and the observation group was given itraconazole capsule combined with nystain effervescent tablets to therapy recurrent recurrent vaginal yeast infection, the treatment include 6 courses and 7 days for a period of treatment. After 6 courses, clinical efficacy, itch relief time and recurrence between the two groups were observed.Result: After treatment, total effective rate of the observation group was 94.67%, itch relief time was (14.8±3.2)d, and those of the control group were 86.67% and (24.2±4.5)d, respectively, total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, but itch relief time was lower, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). After 8 and 12 weeks treatment,the recurrence cases of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion: Nystain effervescent tablets combined with itraconazole capsules to therapy recurrent vaginal yeast infection superior to the nystain effervescent tablets,is worthy of clinical popularization and application.关键词
