体检人员肺内小结节CT特征与良恶性结果相关性研究
Research on the Correlation Of Small Intrapulmonary Nodules on the CT of Physical Examination People and the Results of Benign and Malignant

Abstract
Objective:To explore and study the clinical value of CT in the diagnosis of benign and malignant lung nodules stove in order to provide necessary reference for the choice of clinical testing.Method:90 physical examination people who were examined with small intrapulmonary nodules in our hospital from January 2013 to January 2015 were selected as the research objects.Their CT images were retrospectively analyzed.The natures of intrapulmonary nodules such as properties,morphology,edge were analyzed.Result:There were 42 cases of benign nodules and 48 cases of malignant nodules in our research,the detection rate of malignant nodules was 53.3%.The morphology characteristics on CT showed that the incidence rates of lobulation and air bronchogram of the malignant nodules were higher than those of the benign nodules,while the incidence rates of pleural indentation and calcification of the malignant nodules were lower than those of the benign nodules,the differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05).The morphology characteristics of the malignant nodules on CT showed that the differences in the incidence rates of lobulation and pleural indentation of different cancer lesions were statistically significant(P<0.05).The morphology characteristics of the benign nodules on CT showed that the differences in the incidence rates of lobulation,spiculation,pleural indentation and calcification of different lesions were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The identification of benign and malignant nodules in the lung is the key to the selection of treatment scheme.CT examination can identify benign and malignant nodules effectively,it has the characteristics of simple and low cost,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.关键词
