Abstract
Objective:To explore the relationship between the trace elements, blood T lymphocyte subsets, and children with recurrent respiratory tract infection.Method: 68 children with recurrent respiratory tract infection from December 2013 to January 2015 in the hospital were chosen as observation group, and 68 healthy children at the same period were selected as control group. The level of blood trace elements and blood T lymphocyte subsets was detected and compared by atomic absorption spectrometry and flow cytometry between the two groups. Result:The zinc, ferrum, calcium, and CD3+, CD4+, CD4+/CD8+ of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group, while CD8+ was higher, with significant difference (P<0.05). Detection result of the observation group at the stage of attack was lower than that of the children at the stage of catabasis (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the contents of copper and magnesium in blood between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion: Immune dysfunction can be observed in children with RRTI, trace elements such as calcium, ferrum, zinc decrease in varying degrees, which can be correlated with onset, outcome, and prognosis of children with RRTI, the changes of indexes can be used as reference indexes to evaluate curative effect.关键词
