摘要

Abstract

Objective:To explore the influences of early swimming touch combined with points massage on the growth and development of infants.Method:Three hundred infants in our hospital from January 2010 to December 2013 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into the control group and the observation group according to different nursing modes,with 150 cases in each group.The control group was given swimming and touch nursing,the observation group was given swimming,touch and points massage nursing.The body mass,height and head circumference were measured 1,3 and 6 months after birth.The infants’ intelligent development situation 6 months after birth was evaluated.Result:At birth,the differences in body weight,height and head circumference of the two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05).1 month,3 and 6 months after birth,the body weight,height and head circumference of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).6 months after birth,the scores of cognitive competence,language,fine movement,social behavior,major movement and developmental quotient in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:The swimming touch combined with points massage can effectively promote the growth and intelligent development of infants,which shall be applied in routine health work.
