Abstract
Objective:To explore the application effect of solution-focused approach in the psychological nursing for family members of patients with depression.Method: One hundred and twenty family members of patients with depression were randomly divided into two groups, 60 cases in each group. Control group was given the traditional problem solving model of routine psychological nursing, the experimental group was given psychological care according to the five steps of solution-focused approach. The intervention effects were evaluated by using Self-Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) and Self-Rating Depression Scale (SDS).Result:Before intervention, there were no significant differences in the scores of SAS and SDS between the two groups (P>0.05), but the scores was significantly higher than the national norm (P<0.05). After intervention, the scores of SAS and SDS of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion: Solution-focused approach can effectively relieve the anxiety and depression of family members in the psychological nursing.关键词
