The Research Progress on EST Late Postoperative Complications and Its Prevention
摘要
Abstract
Duodenal papilla sphincterotomy (Endoscopic sphincterotomy, EST), as one of the core technologies of diagnosis and treatment of ERCP, is welcomed by patients and families because of without open abdominal trauma, no significant effect, faster recovery, shorter hospital stay and other advantages. However, the EST is invasive technology, it inevitably brings some complications, postoperative complications in some extent restricted the development of the technology. This research progress summarized prevention and treatment of postoperative complications of EST, with a view to EST patients to achieve a therapeutic effect, at the same time, in order to reduce short-term and long-term complications of reference.关键词
