Mammotome手术治疗良性乳腺肿物的可行性及临床价值分析
Feasibility and Clinical Value Analysis of Mammotome Operation for the Treatment of Benign Breast Tumor Patients

Abstract
Objective:To explore the efficacy and safety of Mammotome operation for the treatment of benign breast tumor patients.Method:A total of 110 patients with benign breast tumor from September 2012 to September 2014 were selected in our hospital,they were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method,55 cases in each group.The control group received routine resection,the observation group was treated with Mamotomme breast minimally invasive system.The operation time,hospitalization time,intraoperative bleeding volume,operation scar length and tumor resection rate, breast deformation rate,patients’ satisfaction rate between the two group were compared,and the complications incidence of the two groups were recorded.Result:The operation time and hospitalization time of the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group,the intraoperative bleeding volume was significantly fewer than that of control group,the scar length was significantly less than that of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The complete resection rate and patients’satisfaction rate of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,the breast deformation rate was significantly lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of hematoma, ecchymosis, skin pruritus in the observation group after operation were significantly lower than the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Mamotomme breast minimally invasive system can significantly reduce the operation time and intraoperative trauma,with good cosmetic effect,complication occurence rate is low,and is worth of clinical promotion.关键词
