Abstract
Objective:To observe the displays of direct pancreatic supplying arteries with the 256-slice spiral CT angiography,to understand the normal anatomy and variations of direct pancreatic supplying arteries and further to discuss its clinical significance.Method:The images of 80 patients without pancreatic disease on 256-slice spiral CT angiography were retrospectively analyzed.The display situation,frequency of visualization and the incidence of variation of the direct pancreatic supplying arteries were recorded.Result:The display cases and visualization rates of direct pancreatic supplying arteries of the 80 individuals were as the follows:ASPDA displayed in 80 cases(100%),PSPDA displayed in 74 cases(92.5%),AIPDA displayed in 77 cases(96.3%),PIPDA displayed in 73 cases(91.3%),DPA displayed in 72 cases(90.0%),TPA displayed in 58 cases(72.5%), PMA displayed in 69 cases(86.3%),CPA displayed in 38 cases(47.5%) and 57 cases(70.0%) of arterial arcades of pancreatic head were displayed.Among the arterial arcades of pancreatic head,34 cases(42.5%)of the double arches were displayed,22 cases(27.5%)of the single arch were displayed.Among the single arch, 18 front arches and 4 back arches were displayed.There were greater changes of the origins of DPA.Of all 72 cases of DPA,42 cases(58.3%)were starting from proximal of SA,19 cases(26.4%) were from SMA,8 cases (11.1%) were from proximal of CHA,3 cases(4.2%) were from CA.Besides,among the 74 cases of PSPDA,72 cases(97.3%) were from GDA,and the other 2 cases(2.7%) were from PHA.Conclusion:The 256-slice spiral CT can display the space anatomical structure and variations of pancreatic artery in a direct and three-dimensional way.The accurate displays of 256-slice Spiral CT in pancreatic artery can provide rich angiography information to clinical diagnosis and treatment.关键词
