摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of bone cement type artificial hip joint replacement for elderly patients with femoral intertrochanteric fracture on joint function and life quality.Method:89 elderly patients with femoral intertrochanteric fracture in the orthopedic surgery department of our hospital from January 2012 to January 2015 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into two groups by using the random number table method.44 cases in the control group were given biological type longer handle artificial hip replacement, 45 cases in the observation group were given bone cement type artificial hip joint replacement.The clinical indexes, Harris score and Barthel index score were compared between the two groups.Result:The difference in the operation time between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The intra-operative bleeding volume, post-operative bleeding volume and total bleeding volume of the observation group were significantly less than those of the control group,the getting out bed time of the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group,the differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05).Before surgery,the differences in Harris score and Barthel index score between the two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05),1 month and 3,6 months after operation,the above indexes of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of the recovery of hip joint in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Bone cement type artificial hip replacement for elderly patients with femoral intertrochanteric fracture has significant clinical efficacy,it can significantly improve the hip function and life quality,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.关键词
