Abstract
Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of laryngeal mask in the anesthesia of interventional surgery of cardiovascular internal medicine.Method:52 children with interventional surgery in cardiovascular internal medicine were selected in our hospital from January 2013 to June 2015,and they were divided into the experimental group and the control group according to the different anesthesia methods,26 cases in each group. The experimental group was given laryngeal mask anesthesia, the control group was given tracheal intubation. The hemodynamic indexes, extubation time, waking time and adverse reactions in recovery phase between the two groups were observed and compared.Result:The heart rate(HR),the mean arterial pressure(MAP) of the experimental group at different time after anesthesia(at T2,T3,T4 time) were significantly lower than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The extubation time and waking time of the experimental group were significantly shorter than the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.01).The incidence of adverse reactions(restlessness, sore throat, laryngeal spasm) in the experimental group was 11.5%,which was significantly lower than 38.5% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In cardiovascular internal medicine disease patients with interventional operation, using a laryngeal mask for anesthesia has a good effect.Compared with endotracheal intubation,it has the advantages of stabilize hemodynamics, shorten the waking time and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions in the recovery phase,is worthy of clinical popularization and application.关键词
