摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of ultrasonic subgingival scaling and synchronization flushing with Ornidazole in the treatment of chronic periodontitis and it on the influence of osteoprotegerin(OPG) levels in the gingival crevicular fluid(GCF).Method:136 cases of chronic periodontitis admitted to our hospital from April 2011 to October 2013 were selected and they were divided into the synchronization treatment group and of the control group according to the random number table method,68 cases in each group. The synchronization treatment group was treated with ultrasonic subgingival scaling and synchronization flushing with Ornidazole. The control group was only treated with ultrasonic subgingival scaling. The plaque index(PI),bleeding on probing (BOP),probing depth(PD),attachment loss(AL) and levels of OPG in GCF before treatment,4 weeks after treatment were detected and compared between the two groups.Result:4 weeks after treatment, the periodontal indexes of PI,BOP,PD and AL in the two groups were significantly lower than before treatment, the OPG levels in GCF of the two groups were significantly higher than before treatment,RANKL and RANKL/OPG of the two groups were significantly lower than before treatment, and all above indexes of the synchronization treatment group were significantly better than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:Ultrasonic subgingival scaling and synchronization flushing with Ornidazole and only ultrasonic subgingival scaling all can improve the periodontal status in the patients with chronic periodontitis, increase the level of OPG in GCF.But the effect of ultrasonic subgingival scaling and synchronization flushing with Ornidazole is more obvious.关键词
