Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of Mifepristone combined with Misoprostol in the treatment of missed abortion.Method:Six hundred patients with missed abortion in the gynecology department of our hospital were selected as the research objects.They were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the different treatment methods,300 cases in each group.The control group was only given Misoprostol and the observation group was given Mifepristone combined with Misoprostol.The treatment effect,blood loss and the incidence situation of secondary complete curettage of uterine cavity and adverse reactions in the two groups were compared and analyzed.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the delivery duration of pregnancy thing and the blood loss of the observation group were less than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The extension of uterine contraction, the operation duration and the intra-operative blood loss in the observation group were better than those in the control group,the incidence rates of abortion syndrome and secondary complete curettage of uterine cavity in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The differences in the incidence rates of adverse reactions between the two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Mifepristone combined with Misoprostol in the treatment of missed abortion has remarkable clinical efficacy.It features with great probability of embryo sac natural discharge,less blood loss, high safety and less adverse reactions.It can effectively decrease the rate of secondary complete curettage of uterine cavity,relieve the suffering of patients,reduce the damage to the body and prompt the health recovery of patients as early as possible.It has high clinical application value.关键词
