案例教学法在《护理学基础》教学中的探索研究

Abstract
Objective:To explore the practical application of case teaching method in the teaching of “basic nursing science”.Method:Two classes of 2010 nursing profession from the Medical College of Shaoguan University were selected as the observation group and the control group.The observation group underwent the case teaching method in the teaching of “basic nursing science”,and the control group underwent the conventional teaching method in the teaching of “basic nursing science”.After completing a term of all the semester,all the students of the two groups would give a paper with the system questions and combined with final examination results of students to determine the effect of the different teaching methods.Result:After evaluation by experts and students,the scores of six assessment items in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The final examination results excellent rate of the observation group was 64.3%,which was significantly higher than 45.3% of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The case teaching method through the presentation of specific cases can be used to make students master the important content of basic nursing course,and stimulate students’ learning interest and improve their professional knowledge.关键词
