Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of nursing intervention on patients with pneumoconiosis. Method:210 patients who were diagnosed as pneumoconiosis admitted to our hospital from March 2011 to October 2011 were selected and divided into the intervention group and the control group according to the random number table method,105 cases in each group.The control group was given routine treatment and nursing measures,the intervention group was given comprehensive nursing intervention in all directions in and outside the hospital,such as the psychological intervention,life guidance,environmental management,nutrition support,pulmonary function rehabilitation exercise and so on for over 12 months consecutively.The pulmonary function,arterial blood gas analysis,quality of life and cognition of nursing intervention related content were observed and statistically analyzed before and after nursing intervention between the two groups.Result:The FEV1,FEV1/FVC and PaO2 of the intervention group after intervention were significantly higher than before intervention and those of the control group after intervention,the SGRQ score of the intervention group after intervention was significantly lower than before intervention and that of the control group after intervention,the recognition of patients with relevant knowledge in the intervention group after intervention was significantly better than before intervention and that in the control group after intervention,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The continuous comprehensive nursing intervention in and outside the hospital on the patients with pneumoconiosis can reduce the clinical symptoms,control the production of complications and avoid further damage to the lung function,it has positive effects on improving patients’ activity endurance and survival confidence.关键词
