中医情志护理法在肛肠手术患者中的应用评价

Abstract
Objective:To study the application evaluation of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) mental nursing in patients with anorectal surgery.Method:One hundred and twenty patients with anorectal surgery in our hospital from January 2013 to May 2014 were selected,they were divided into the experimental group and the control group according to the random number table method,60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine operation,care and drug.But the experimental group was treated with TCM mental nursing on the basis of routine operation and drug treatment.The number of pain experience,fear and anxiety,cognitive status,negative attitude,positive attitude and coordination attitude in the two groups were recorded and compared. At the same time,the satisfaction of patients between the two groups were assessed by questionnaire.Result:The proportion of pain experience,fear and anxiety,negative attitude in the experimental group were significantly lower than the control group,and the proportion of cognitive status,positive attitude and coordination attitude in the experimental group were significantly higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of the experimental group was 93.33%,which was significantly higher than 80.00% of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(u=2.4834,P=0.0130). Conclusion:Through the experiment,on the basis of routine operation and drug treatment,using traditional Chinese medicine mental nursing can effectively decrease the patients’ pain experience fear and anxiety symptoms, improve patients’ cognitive situation,allow patients to better cooperate with treatment,and maintain a positive attitude,have greater improvement to the patient’s physical condition,so that patients’ satisfaction will be improved.The method is feasible and has high value in application in clinic,can be widely promoted.关键词
