规范化透析前培训对腹膜透析患者培训质量的影响
Effect of Training before Standardized Dialysis on the Training Quality of Patients with Peritoneal Dialysis

Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of training before standardized dialysis on the training quality of patients with peritoneal dialysis.Method:The patients who received training of new cathetering peritoneal dialysis admitted to our center from February 2013 to July 2015 were selected as research objects.27 cases from February 2013 to June 2014 were regarded as the control group,while 29 cases from July 2014 to July 2015 were regarded as the experimental group.The control group received a week of standardized training courses at one day after operation,while the experimental group was given standardized training at three days before operation.The control rates of theoretical and operation examination a week after operation and the average length of stay after operation were compared between the two groups.Result:The control rates of theoretical and operation examination in the experimental group were 89.7% and 79.3% respectively,which were significantly higher than 66.7% and 51.9% in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The average length of stay in the experimental group was (8.7±1.8)days,which was significantly shorter than (11.3±1.5)days in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of training before standardized dialysis in patients with peritoneal dialysis can help patients to grasp the theoretical knowledge and operational skills of peritoneal dialysis faster and better and shorten the length of hospital stay.It is good for improving the training quality and the economic and social benefits are significant.It is worth to be vigorously promoted and applied.关键词
