Abstract
Objective:To study and analyze the clinical manifestations and diagnosis effect of CT and MRI applied in mediastinal type lung cancer.Method:A total of 42 patients with mediastinal type lung cancer admitted to our hospital from January 2012 to December 2014 were collected,the patients were examined by X-ray,CT and MRI diagnosis,the patients’ diagnosis results and clinical manifestations were compared.Result:In 42 cases of mediastinal type lung cancer,25 cases of central type lung cancer,17 cases of peripheral lung cancer.The sensitivity of CT and MRI diagnosis were significantly higher than that of X-ray,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),but there was no statistically significant difference in the sensitivity between the CT and MRI diagnosis(P>0.05).Conclusion:In the diagnosis of mediastinal type lung cancer patients,CT and MRI diagnosis all have high sensitivity,but derive the imaging findings of different diagnosis,if necessary to make a joint diagnosis for the patients,so as to improve the effect of diagnosis.关键词
