摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study the therapeutic effect of radio frequency thermotherapy combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of patients with advanced malignant tumor.Method:Seventy-six patients with late malignant tumor in our hospital from January 2011 to June 2015 were selected as the research objects, they were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group according to the order of admission,38 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional chemotherapy regimens, the experimental group was given conventional chemotherapy regimens combined with radio frequency thermotherapy. The clinical therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared, and the side effects and quality of life between the two groups were compared. Result:After treatment, the total effective rate of the experimental group was 63.1%,which was significantly higher than 34.2% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(χ2=6.372,P=0.012). There were no statistically significant differences in the incidence rate of neurotoxicity, leukocyte reduction, gastrointestinal reaction and hepatic damage between the two groups(P>0.05).The quality of life score of all indexes in the experimental group at discharge were significantly improved than on admission,in addition to loss of appetite and breathing difficulties, the quality of life score of other indexes in the control group at discharge were significantly improved than on admission, and quality of life score of all indexes in the experimental group were significantly better than the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:In patients with late malignant tumor, the effect of conventional chemotherapy combined with radio frequency thermotherapy is better, can improve the treatment efficiency, significantly improve the patients’ quality of life,is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
