腹腔镜联合宫腔镜对输卵管不通不孕的治疗价值评析
Treatment Value Comment of Laparoscopy Combined with Hysteroscopy in the Treatment of Tubal Obstruction Infertility

Abstract
Objective:To explore the value of laparoscopy combined with hysteroscopy in the treatment of tubal obstruction infertility in order to improve guidance for clinical application.Method:100 tubal obstruction infertility patients in our hospital from November 2013 to December 2014 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group.50 patients in the control group were treated with hysteroscopic liquid treatment,50 patients in the experimental group were treated with laparoscopy and hysteroscopy.The situations of fallopian tube recanalization and gestation were compared between the two groups.Result:The rates of fallopian tube recanalization and gestation in the experimental group were all higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Laparoscopy combined with hysteroscopy in the treatment of tubal obstruction infertility can improve the rates of fallopian tube recanalization and gestation effectively.It has significant clinical efficacy.关键词
