摘要
Abstract
Objective: To compare the application effect of dynamic contrast enhanced magnetic resonance imaging and color Doppler ultrasonography for neoadjuvant chemotherapy of breast cancer.Method: 68 cases of female breast cancer from April 2013 to March 2015 in our hospital were selected. All patients were performed with pathological biopsy before and after the treatment. After neoadjuvant chemotherapy was given, the modified radical mastectomy was completed. Before the patients were given chemotherapy, physical examination and the color Doppler ultrasound were given. Among them, 32 cases of patients were given with dynamic contrast enhanced magnetic resonance imaging because of illness need before adjuvant chemotherapy. Then the consistency of the curative effect evaluation of dynamic contrast enhanced magnetic resonance imaging and color Doppler ultrasonography and the postoperative pathologic results were studied.Result:Through the evaluation of the postoperative pathological response classification standard, the curative effect on the neoadjuvant chemotherapy of dynamic contrast enhanced magnetic resonance imaging was higher than the color Doppler ultrasound, the specificity and accuracy of performance was good, and the consistency was high, there had significant differences. Conclusion: The evaluation effect of the application in the evaluating the effect of neoadjuvant chemotherapy of breast cancer of dynamic contrast enhanced magnetic resonance imaging is positive, and it has the clinical significance.关键词
