Abstract
Objective: To compare the clinical effect of thyroid tumors patients treated with low small incision surgery and traditional surgery.Method: There were 143 cases of thyroid tumors for the study, all of them were selected from October 2012 to July 2015 in our hospital and according to the random number table, they were divided into two groups, the observation group had 71 cases, treated with low small incision the treatment, the control group had 72 cases, used traditional surgical treatments. The operation case, the pain and wound beauty score,complications occurrence of two groups were compared.Result:The blood loss of the observation group was significantly smaller than the control group, the incision length and hospital stay were significantly shorter than the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). There were no significant difference in the operation time between the two groups(P>0.05).The VAS score of 6,24 h after operation of the observation group were significantly lower than the control group, wound beauty score was significantly higher than the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The overall incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion:The clinical effect of the thyroid tumors patients treated with low small incision surgery treatment is significant, it can significantly less trauma to the thyroid tumors patients, and reduce the amount of bleeding, relieve pain of patients, shorten the hospital stay time, the security is higher, and there is a good notch cosmetic results, the thyroid tumors patients are more easy to accept, it can be recommended clinical application.关键词
