摘要
Abstract
Objective: To investigate the Megestrol Acetate Dispersible Tablets combined with Oxycodone Hydrochloride Sustained-release Tablets and radiotherapy for bone metastasis of prostate cancer on the safety and efficacy of clinical observation.Method: The prostate cancer patients with bone metastasis were randomly divided into two groups, the experimental group had 34 cases, they were treated with conventional analgesic Oxycodone Hydrochloride Sustained release Tablets combined with Megestrol Acetate, for pain control stability after radiotherapy of prostate and bone metastasis. 35 cases in the control group, they were treated with conventional analgesic therapy of sustained release tablets of Oxycodone Hydrochloride for pain control, stable after radiotherapy for prostate and bone metastasis. The sustained release tablets of Oxycodone Hydrochloride drug dosage size, maintenance treatment time, drug toxicity, change the control of pain between the two groups were observed. Result:The experimental group of sustained release tablets of Oxycodone Hydrochloride drug maintenance dosage was small, maintain the treatment time was short, mild side effects (nausea and vomiting and constipation) were light, pain control was good, there were statistically significant differences compared with the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion: Megestrol Acetate Dispersible Tablets combined with Oxycodone Hydrochloride Sustained-release Tablets and radiotherapy for bone metastasis of prostate cancer induced pain, can reduce the use of opioids dose and maintain short treatment time, reduce opioid toxicity effect, greatly improving the quality of life of patients, is worthy of further promotion of the use of.关键词
