Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of using Morphine and Ibuprofen Codeine alternatively in reducing the drug tolerance of Morphine in patients with cancer pain.Method:215 cancer patients who handled supply card of narcotic drugs in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2015 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into 3 groups.Group A and group B were given Morphine and Ibuprofen Codeine alternatively to release the strong pain,group C was given Morphine to release the strong pain.2 weeks,2 months and 6 months after drug use,the situation of the incremental of Morphine and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared among the three groups.Result:The situations of Morphine increment(because the Morphine tolerance) in group A and group B at different times were all better than those in group C,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence situations of adverse reactions in group A and group B at different times were all better than those in group C,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Using Morphine and Ibuprofen Codeine alternatively in patients with cancer can reduce the drug tolerance to Morphine and the incidence rates of adverse reactions.关键词
