摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate and analyze the clinical efficacy of low-flow Sevoflurane combined with Remifentanil for laparoscopic surgery anesthesia.Method:100 patients who underwent laparoscopic surgery admitted to our hospital from May 2014 to July 2015 were selected as research objects,the patients signed the informed consent form and got our hospital ethics committee approval,and they were divided into the control group and the research group according to isometric random sampling method by clinical medical staff,50 cases in each group.The control group was given Remifentanil for anesthesia to maintain,the research group was given low-flow Sevoflurane combined with Remifentanil for anesthesia to maintain.The anesthesia effects between the two groups were compared.Result:The patients in research group through the implementation of low-flow Sevoflurane combined with Remifentanil for anesthesia to maintain,the differences were statistically significant in the hemodynamic parameters during laparoscopic surgery between the two groups(P<0.05).The decannulation time, recovery time and awake time of the research group were significantly shorter than those of the control group,the incidence of adverse reactions in the research group was 8.0%,which was significantly lower than 24.0% in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In laparoscopic surgery,low-flow Sevoflurane combined with Remifentanil for anesthesia to maintain has better effects,less adverse reaction, has higher application security,is worth to be popularized in the future laparoscopic surgery.关键词
