健康教育对呼吸重症监护室院内感染控制的作用

Abstract
Objective: To investigate the effect of health education on the respiratory intensive care unit nosocomial infection control.Method: 116 patients stay in our hospital's intensive care unit breathing from May 2012 to August 2013 were retrospectively analyzed, according to nosocomial infections occurred in the respiratory intensive care unit were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The control group received conventional treatment and care, the observation group individualized on the basis of the control group, targeted health education, including psychological counseling, dietary guidance, medication guide, routine guidance, specific guidance, discharge guidance and other health knowledge missionary. The incidence of nosocomial infections, hospital length of stay of patients with a sense of family nursing job satisfaction of two groups were compared, as well as the respiratory intensive care unit length of stay and the hospital stays of nosocomial infections incidence the two groups were compared.Result: The incidence of nosocomial infections in the observation group was lower than the control group, the patients and their families nursing work satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group, the respiratory intensive care unit length of stay in the control group was longer than the observation group, and length of stay in hospital infection occurs of patients was longer than the observation group. In the above four indicators of the two groups were compared, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: ICU implement targeted, personalized health education measures to reduce the incidence of flu patients and hospital length of stay, as soon as possible to the general ward for further treatment, improve the satisfaction of patients and their families, should be popularized in clinical.关键词
