个性化护理在甲磺酸罗哌卡因复合地佐辛分娩镇痛中的应用
Application of Individualized Nursing in Ropivacaine Mesylate Combined Dezocine Labor Analgesia

Abstract
Objective: To discuss the application of individualized nursing in Ropivacaine Mesylate combined Dezocine spinal-epidural labor analgesia.Method: 90 cases of ASA Ⅰ-Ⅱ full-term pregnant were selected from March 2015 to August 2015, according random digital table method, the patients were divided into study group and control group, 45 cases in each group, all patients were treated with Ropivacaine Mesylate combined Dezocine spinal-epidural anesthesia, the control group received routine nursing care, the study group received individualized nursing on the based of the control group.The differences of labor analgesia, labor analgesia continued application time, VAS score, natural childbirth rate and childbirth related complications total incidence rate between the two groups were compared.Result:Labor analgesia efficiency rate of the study group was significantly higher than control group ,the difference had statistical significance (P<0.05).The labor analgesia continued application time, VAS scores of the study group were significantly lower than the control group, the differences had statistical significance (P<0.05). The natural childbirth rate of the study group was higher than the control group, the difference had statistical significance (P<0.05). The childbirth related complications total incidence rate of the study group was significantly lower than the control group, the difference had statistical significance (P<0.05).Conclusion: Individualized nursing helps significantly improving Ropivacaine Mesylate combined Dezocine spinal-epidural labor analgesia effect, improving delivery way, and ensuring maternal and child safety, it is worthy of clinical application.关键词
