Abstract
Objective:To observe the curative effect of Ambroxol Hydrochloride combined with Procaterol Hydrochloride in the treatment of pediatric pneumonia.Method:92 pediatric pneumonia patients in pediatric of our hospital from February 2014 to July 2015 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into the combination group and the conventional group according to the hospital number,each group had 46 cases.The conventional group was given regular symptomatic intervention for pneumonia in children.The combination group was given Ambroxol Hydrochloride combined with Procaterol Hydrochloride on the basis of symptomatic intervention for pneumonia in children.The curative effect,the signs subsided time and the occurrence of adverse drug reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the combination group was higher than that of the conventional group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The regression times of expectoration,fever,gasp and lung rale in the combination group were shorter than those in the conventional group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The difference in the incidence of adverse drug reactions between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:On the basis of regular symptomatic intervention,using Ambroxol Hydrochloride combined with Procaterol Hydrochloride in the treatment of pediatric pneumonia can receive good effect.It can promote the fade of clinical signs,improve children’ symptoms and it has high drug safety.It doesn’t bring serious adverse reactions in pediatrics,which is worth promoting.关键词
