重症水痘的临床特点回顾性分析
Retrospective Analysis of the Clinical Characteristics of Severe Chicken Pox
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the clinical characteristics of severe chicken pox in order to provide guidance for clinical diagnosis and treatment of severe chicken pox.Method:30 cases of severe chicken pox patients from January 2006 to December 2014 were selected as the research objects.The clinical data of the 30 patients were analyzed retrospectively.The clinical characteristics of severe chicken pox were analyzed,mainly including clinical manifestations,laboratory examination and complications,its causes were analyzed,its treatment methods and the prognosis of the disease were explored.Result:In the aspect of clinical features,the main clinical manifestations were physical weakness,high fever,apathetic,lethargy and herpes.The laboratory examination showed that white blood cell count,neutrophil count,lymphocyte count,red blood cell count, platelet count and C reactive protein level were all abnormal.The major complications were liver injury,pulmonary infection,myocarditis,thrombocytopenia and encephalitis.In the aspect of pathogenesis,all patients had no history of vaccination and it was closely related to chicken pox and herpes zoster virus.After symptomatic treatment, 29 patients were cured.Conclusion:The clinical manifestations of severe chicken pox is complex,it was mainly caused by chicken pox and herpes zoster virus.The disease can be cured by symptomatic treatment.关键词
