婴儿临床麻醉中喉罩麻醉和气管插管麻醉的应用价值研究
Application Value of Infant Clinical Anesthesia with Laryngeal Mask Anesthesia and Intubation Anesthesia
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To research the value applications of infant clinical anesthesia with laryngeal mask anesthesia and intubation anesthesia.Method:120 infants in our hospital from January 2014 to February 2015 were selected for the study, and were randomly divided into control group and experimental group. 60 infants of the control group were given intubation anesthesia, 60 infants of the experimental group were given laryngeal mask anesthesia, the anesthesia clinical effect of two groups was compared.Result:MAP and HR of the experimental group were compared with the control group at T1, the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05), while MAP at T2, T3 were lower than the control group, and HR was slower than the control group (P<0.05). Infants extubation time and recovery time in the experimental group were significantly shorter than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Laryngeal mask anesthesia has significant clinical effects in clinical anesthesia in infants.关键词
