摘要
Abstract
Objective To Compare and analyze the treatment effect between pure surgery treatment and he-patic artery embolization after surgical treatment in HCC. Methods From January 2008 to August 2010, 78 HCC patients which accepted surgical treatment were recruited as research object were randomly divided into two groups, control group treated with surgery alone and observation group treated with hepatic artery embolization after surgical treatment. Compare clinical curative effect and survival time of the two groups. Results Before treatment, there was no statistical difference of FACT-G-V4 scores between the two group(P>0. 05), and the FACT-G-V4 scores of observation group was obviously lower than the control group after 3 months postoperatively (P<0. 05). At the same time, the total effective rate of observation group was obviously higher than that of control group after 3 months treatment(P<0. 05). In addition, survival rate of follow-up of 1 year, 3 years and 5 years were significantly higher than the control group. Conclusion Postoperative hepatic artery embolization can significantly improve the surgical treatment of HCC in patients with clinical therapeutic effect and survival time.关键词
